To accommodate for many of today’s new challenges, we are offering several services that have been in the works for some time now:
Curbside Service Appointments – We are currently performing in-office patient care exclusively through Curbside Service. When you arrive, one of our team will pick up your pet directly from your car and safely bring them into the building. Our doctors will then complete your pet’s exam in the exam room and communicate with you through phone or video calls. Once complete, our staff will return your pet to your car.
New London Access® Telemedicine Appointments – Want to talk to a doctor from the comfort of your own home? New London Access® Telemedicine Appointments allow clients to connect with New London doctors through the Medici App. To download the app or learn more, please follow this link here.
New London’s Home Delivery Pet Pharmacy – Need your pet’s medications refilled? We will gladly ship your pet’s prescriptions directly from our office. We have always practiced the recommended hygiene and cleaning protocols established by the CDC as well as the American Animal Hospital Association. We are continuing to do so with even more diligence at this time.
